At DuckGuard, we take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.
1. Data We Collect
DuckGuard only collects the minimum data necessary for its operation:
- Discord Identifiers: User IDs, server IDs, and channel IDs to link settings and data.
- Configuration Data: Settings you configure in the bot (e.g., welcome channels, autorole settings).
- System Data:
- Economy and XP: Virtual balance, levels, and experience.
- Moderation: Warning history and action logs.
- Birthdays: Date of birth (only if the user chooses to register it).
- Message Content: Processed in real-time for features like word filtering or antispam. We do not store message content permanently, except in audit logs explicitly configured by the server administrator.
2. Use of Information
We use the collected information exclusively to:
- Provide the bot features requested by the server.
- Maintain the security and stability of the service.
- Generate anonymous internal statistics to improve the bot.
3. Advertising & Cookies

This website uses Google AdSense to display advertisements. Google AdSense may use cookies and similar tracking technologies to serve personalised ads based on your browsing behaviour.
- Third-party cookies: Google and its partners may place cookies on your device to show relevant ads and measure their effectiveness.
- Consent: If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you will be shown a consent banner powered by Google's Consent Management Platform (CMP). Personalised advertising will only be served if you give your explicit consent.
- Non-personalised ads: If you decline or manage your options, you may still see ads, but they will not be based on your personal interests.

For more information on how Google uses data, please visit Google's Privacy Policy.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell or share your data with third parties. Data is only accessible for the bot's operation through the official Discord API and for developers in case of technical support.
5. Storage and Security
- Data is stored in a secure database and is only kept as long as necessary for the service.
- We implement technical measures to protect your data against unauthorised access.
6. Your Rights and Data Control
- Data Deletion: You may request the deletion of your personal data. If the bot is removed from a server, that server's configuration may be deleted after a period of inactivity.
- Access: You can check your information (such as level or balance) through the corresponding bot commands.
- EEA/UK/CH Rights: Under the GDPR and UK GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and port your personal data, as well as the right to object to processing. To exercise these rights, contact us below.
7. Changes to this Policy
We may update this policy occasionally. We recommend reviewing it periodically. Continued use of the bot after an update constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
